Do we need to automate the whole process?
No. A process can combine human work and AI contributions. First, we clarify what can be assisted, what must be verified and who has the authority to decide.
How do we know whether applying AI creates value?
We compare the outcome against a documented starting point. We track time, quality and usefulness in the process, without assuming guaranteed savings or returns in advance.
How does guided implementation work?
